Board Member Kerry D. Chandler

Kerry is an accomplished HR business executive with experience in strategic planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational transformation. She was most recently Chief People Officer at Bombas. Previously, she was CHRO at Endeavor, a global leader in entertainment, sports, and fashion, where she was an important member of the executive team that took Endeavor public on the NYSE. Prior to that, Kerry was CHRO at Under Armour; the Global Head of Human Resources at Christie’s International; and EVP, HR for the National Basketball Association (NBA). Kerry started her career in HR at the McDonnell Douglas Corporation (the Boeing Company), then worked at Exxon, Motorola, and IBM. Her transition to the sports and entertainment industry began when she joined ESPN as SVP, HR, followed by other roles at Disney, including Head of HR at Hong Kong Disneyland.

Kerry is currently an independent board director and serves on the compensation and talent committee at Lyra Health. Until recently, she also served as an independent board member at Redfin (NASDAQ) until the company completed a strategic sale to Rocket Companies. Kerry is also an active board member of the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR); the BooYah Fund of the Jimmy V Foundation for Cancer Research; and The Moth, dedicated to the art and craft of storytelling. She graduated from Lincoln University in Missouri with a BS in Public Administration, Washington University with an MA in Human Resources Management, and McGill University with an MS in Management. She also earned a certificate from INSEAD’s International Masters in Practicing Management Program in Fontainebleau, France.
