Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President, Legal and Government Relations, Adobe

““Actions speak louder than words – BECA is about action with real impact and it has already had a profound impact with the playbook addressing head-on the barrier often raised in talent discussion, namely, the pool of diverse talent is too small – no longer should that be a barrier to progress” ”

She oversees global legal and policy matters, helping to build trust and integrity across the business — from corporate governance, compliance and risk management to intellectual property, litigation and ethical innovation, as well as advising on strategic transactions such as acquisitions and partnerships.
