A new era of leadership excellence took center stage in December 2025 as BECA honored two remarkable cohorts: the third graduating class of The BECA Playbook (TBP) C’25 and the inaugural class of The BECA V-Suite C’25.
Through these flagship programs, Future Leaders and V-Suite participants have sharpened high-impact marketing and leadership capabilities while elevating their professional brands and executive presence. Along the way, they have built deep, enduring networks with peers and C-suite executives that will support them as they continue charting their career journeys.

Mix and Mingle
Future Leaders, V-Suiters, BECA members, sponsors, and guests convened at Paramount HQ in Times Square, New York City, for an afternoon dedicated to connection and celebration. The dynamic backdrop of Times Square, paired with the buzzing atmosphere inside Paramount’s headquarters, created an electric energy that could be felt in every corner. From warm greetings to shared laughter, meaningful conversation,s and spontaneous moments of joy, each scene captured the vibrant spirit and unity that define the BECA family.









Pre-Graduation Program
Former CBS News correspondent Michelle Miller electrified the room as Mistress of Ceremonies, igniting an evening charged with inspiration and triumph. Marva Smalls (BECA Senior Advisor, Paramount) delivered dynamic title sponsor remarks, Lesleigh Irish-Underwood offered a soul-stirring invocation, and LaToya Huntington Smith (TBP C’25) presented the prestigious Mentor Champion Award to Candace Matthews (BECA Founding Member). Commencement Speaker Carla Harris capped off the program with a powerful address that left the audience energized and inspired.
