Esi Eggleston Bracey brings more than 30 years of global leadership in general management, brand building, and marketing, with a track record of accelerating growth and transforming businesses across consumer product categories and markets.

Esi serves on the boards of lululemon athletica and Williams-Sonoma, Inc. As former Chief Growth & Marketing Officer at Unilever, Esi oversaw one of the world’s largest advertising budgets. Previously, she led Unilever North America’s $5 billion Beauty & Personal Care portfolio, including iconic brands Dove, TRESemmé, Vaseline, Degree, Axe, and SheaMoisture.

She championed purpose-driven initiatives, including Dove’s founding of the CROWN Coalition to advance beauty inclusivity and help end race-based hair discrimination.

Prior to Unilever, Esi spent more than 15 years in the global cosmetics industry, serving as President of Coty’s Global Consumer Beauty Division and Senior Vice President of Procter & Gamble’s Global Cosmetics business. Her innovative leadership of COVERGIRL included groundbreaking partnerships with Queen Latifah, Pink, Ellen DeGeneres, and Janelle Monáe.

Esi’s numerous honors include induction into the Advertising Hall of Fame’s Class of 2026, the ADCOLOR Legend Award, Black Enterprise Powerful Women in Business, Ebony Power 100, and Cosmetic Executive Women Achiever Award.

A Chicago native, Esi earned a BA in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and lives in New York City with her family.
