As Interim President, Americas, at McCormick & Company, he leads a multibillion-dollar business with full P&L accountability, driving growth across retail and foodservice channels while advancing enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
Across leadership roles at General Mills, Henkel, Georgia-Pacific, Yum! Brands, and Procter & Gamble, Davis has built a reputation for delivering consistent top- and bottom-line performance in businesses ranging from $300 million to over $3 billion in revenue. He is particularly recognized for entering businesses at inflection points and rapidly restoring growth through disciplined portfolio management, innovation pipelines, and pricing and mix optimization.
As SVP, GM & CMO of Blue Buffalo at General Mills, Davis drove double-digit revenue and profit growth in a volatile operating environment, improved margins through portfolio simplification, and expanded digital engagement through a scaled CRM ecosystem serving over one million users. His leadership reflects a strong ability to translate consumer insight into commercially successful innovation while modernizing go-to-market models through e-commerce, data, and advanced analytics.
