Future Leaders Karen Demoah Wilson

Karen is a Senior Manager of Communications at Verizon, where she leads brand communications and supports executive visibility for the CMO and marketing leadership team. She specializes in driving culturally relevant storytelling, partnering closely across marketing, partnerships, social, and creative teams to amplify campaigns and brand moments.

Prior to Verizon, she spent over seven years at Paramount, where she rose from executive assistant to communications manager, leading PR for top-rated series across networks including MTV and VH1, managing high-profile talent, and supporting major tentpole events such as the MTV Video Music Awards.

Karen began her career at PMK•BNC, working on brands such as Pepsi, Audi, and American Express. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from Kean University and lives in New Jersey with her husband and son.
