Sarah is the General Manager of Armani & Valentino Beauty at L’Oréal Luxe USA. A transformational leader with over 25 years of experience, including two decades in the beauty industry and deep luxury expertise, she brings a proven history of driving top- and bottom-line growth through brand building, P&L stewardship, and sharp commercial acumen across a diverse range of product categories and retail channels.

Before joining L’Oréal Luxe in 2024, Sarah gained extensive experience in the luxury beauty sector at LVMH. Most recently, as Chief Commercial Officer of Parfums Christian Dior North America, she led all facets of retail strategy and omnichannel sales, playing a pivotal role in driving transformative growth. Her prior roles at LVMH include Vice President of Global Marketing and General Manager of North America at Fresh Beauty, and Vice President of U.S. Marketing, PR, and Education at Guerlain.

Sarah has also served as the Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer of Tatcha, a global skincare brand, where she focused on brand development and expansion strategies while driving North America retail acceleration. Additionally, she’s held leadership roles in global product marketing at the Estée Lauder Companies, on the Estée Lauder and Clinique brands. Sarah credits her start in beauty to L’Oréal USA where she held marketing roles in the Consumer Products Division on L’Oréal Paris and Softsheen-Carson.

Before transitioning to the beauty industry, Sarah spent six years in finance at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, concluding her time there as Vice President of Multi-Manager Investment Advisory. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Spelman College. Sarah is the Vice Chairman of the Fashion Institute of Technology Foundation Board, a member of the Board of Directors of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and the Luxury Education Foundation (LEF), and an active alumna of Harvard and Spelman. She is a Native New Yorker and resides in Manhattan with her husband and 11-year-old son.
