Amina Colter Jones is a senior marketing and communications executive with deep expertise in multicultural, DEIB, and health equity strategy, and a proven track record of transforming bold ideas into measurable, high-impact business outcomes. She leads the firm’s U.S. Multicultural practice, partnering closely with senior executives to shape enterprise-wide strategies at the intersection of culture, business growth, and societal change.

In addition to her national role, Amina serves as Head of Edelman’s Atlanta office, where she leads regional strategy, drives client growth, and develops talent. With a sharp understanding of the cultural, economic, and political forces shaping the South, she helps organizations identify emerging cultural shifts, translate them into scalable strategies, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Amina has led award-winning work for leading brands and organizations, including Advil, Dove, TJX, Pfizer, Genentech, Sanofi, Wellstar Health System, CommonSpirit Health, Johnson & Johnson, and the Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation. Recognized as a 2022 PRWeek 40 Under 40 honoree, she helps organizations strengthen trust, deepen stakeholder engagement, and lead with clarity through moments of uncertainty.

Her expertise includes executive counsel on societal issues, culturally resonant communications and media strategies, and thought leadership platforms that position leaders as credible, values-driven voices. Amina also serves as U.S. Chair of Griot, Edelman’s employee network for Black employees and allies, where she oversees T.H.R.I.V.E., a cohort program designed to develop, empower, and advance talent across the organization.
