Eric Majors is a commercially driven and culturally fluent marketing executive with 15 years of experience leading high-impact brand, digital, and commercial strategies for global companies at the intersection of sports, culture, and lifestyle. He has built and led the full marketing stack for category-defining brands, including Tommy John, Foot Locker, adidas, Urban Outfitters, and Combs Enterprises, consistently delivering campaigns and partnerships that grow revenue, strengthen brand heat, and deepen community connection.

Known for his consumer obsession and insight-led approach, Eric excels at distilling complex brand and business challenges into clear, cohesive strategies that align cross-functional teams. His work blends creativity with commercial rigor, ensuring that marketing not only inspires but also drives measurable business outcomes.

He is especially passionate about building brands and experiences that people love and creating culturally resonant work that moves both consumers and companies forward. Eric began his career in J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking division before pursuing his MBA at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a proud graduate of Florida A&M University, where he earned his degree magna cum laude.
