Attica Jaques is a globally recognized marketing executive with decades of experience leading iconic brands at the intersection of culture, commerce, and technology. A results-driven storyteller and transformative leader, she has built a career driving growth, elevating brand relevance, and delivering measurable business impact across some of the world’s most respected companies, including Google, Under Armour, Gap Inc., Prada, and now Ancestry.

As Chief Marketing Officer for Ancestry’s U.S. business, Attica oversees Commercial growth, marketing strategy, brand & creative, media and performance marketing, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes across the company’s largest market. Promoted to CMO within her first year, she has led a transformation of Ancestry’s marketing strategy, reigniting topline revenue growth.

Prior to joining Ancestry, Attica held senior leadership roles at Google, where she led global brand marketing for Consumer Apps and launched award-winning campaigns for Google Search; Under Armour, where as Senior Vice President of Global Brand Marketing she drove growth across all sport categories worldwide; and leadership positions at Gap Inc. and Prada, where she advanced high-growth global expansion and brand elevation across international markets.

Known for her people-first leadership and visionary approach to brand building, Attica combines analytical rigor with cultural fluency to create marketing that inspires connection and drives performance. She is a Board Director at Brilliant Earth (NASDAQ: BRLT), where she serves on both the Audit Committee and Nominating & Governance Committee, bringing deep experience in brand transformation, consumer insight, and IPO readiness. Attica is also a Founding Member of Chief in both New York and San Francisco.

A true global citizen, Attica has lived and worked in Tokyo, Milan, New York, and San Francisco. She holds a Master of Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
