Kevin’s tenure at UPS contained many achievements. His dedication to improving customer experience and enabling digital business growth helped drive a 12-percent increase in revenue share from the highly profitable small and medium-size business (SMB) segment. Kevin launched UPS’s Digital Access Program (DAP), which enables UPS to partner with key digital platforms including Shopify, eBay, and Worldwide Express. Within four years, DAP generated nearly $3 billion in annual revenue. He also increased UPS’s net promoter scores through relentless dedication to customer success—utilizing The UPS Store as a strategic asset while improving the customer experience across the company’s physical and digital channels. In addition, Kevin brought a “cool” factor to UPS, positioning the company as the logistics brand of choice by meeting customers where they are and showing up in culture through key partnerships. This resulted in Morning Consult naming UPS one of its top five Most Trusted Brands in 2022 and 2023 and climbing to a company best of 24th on the Interbrand Best Global Brands list in 2020.
