Kimberly Paige brings more than 25 years of experience building, transforming, and growing iconic brands by staying deeply connected to consumers and culture.
She joined Paramount as EVP and Chief Marketing Officer of BET Networks, leading brand strategy across BET, BET Her, BET+, social platforms, and BET Live Events.
Previously, Kimberly served as Chief Operating and Brand Officer of Sundial Brands, where she helped shape growth strategy for SheaMoisture, Nubian Heritage, Madam C.J. Walker Beauty Culture, and Nyakio. She also helped launch and market the $100 million New Voices Fund supporting women of color entrepreneurs.
As Chief Marketing Officer of Coty’s Beauty Division, Kimberly led initiatives across COVERGIRL, Clairol, Sally Hansen, and Rimmel, including major brand relaunches and product innovation.
During 16 years at The Coca-Cola Company, Kimberly held North American and global leadership roles, including Vice President of Venturing and Emerging Brands. She drove record growth for the $3.5 billion Sprite and Flavors portfolio and led partnerships with the NBA, LeBron James, and Drake.
Kimberly began her career at Procter & Gamble.
She earned a BA in Communications & Business from Howard University and an MBA from Clark Atlanta University.
