Melanie Boulden is an accomplished global brand and business leader with nearly three decades of experience in the food and beverage industry.

She is the former EVP and Chief Growth Officer of Tyson Foods, a $53 billion global food company, where she led innovation, research and development, consumer insights and analytics, category management, demand planning, marketing, corporate branding, and communications.

Melanie also served as Group President of Tyson’s Prepared Foods division, overseeing a more than $10 billion retail, foodservice, and e-commerce portfolio featuring iconic brands including Tyson®, Jimmy Dean®, Hillshire Farm®, and Ball Park®.

Prior to joining Tyson, Melanie served as Chief Marketing Officer for North America at The Coca-Cola Company, leading a multibillion-dollar portfolio of more than 20 brands, including Coca-Cola®, Sprite®, smartwater®, and Minute Maid®. She previously served as President of Coca-Cola’s North America Still Beverages business.

Earlier in her career, Melanie held leadership roles at Reebok, Crayola, Kraft Foods, and Henkel Consumer Goods.

She serves on Adobe and Cal-Maine Foods’ Board of Directors and Executive Compensation Committee.

Melanie earned a BS from Iowa State University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa.
