Day 1 Highlights!
The BECA Member Meeting at Paramount HQ brought together senior executives, marketing leaders, and industry changemakers for a powerful day of perspective, dialogue, and connection. Programming explored The Future of Agentic AI in Marketing with insights from Deloitte leaders Mark Singer and Menes Etingue Kum, followed by a timely discussion on The State of American Politics featuring strategists Jim Margolis and Terry Nelson, moderated by BECA Founding Member Chris Foster. A fireside chat with Ursula Burns, former CEO of Xerox and 2026 BECA Manifest Awards Honoree, offered candid reflections on executive leadership, resilience, and long-term impact and was moderated by BECA Founder and CEO Jerri DeVard. The day also welcomed new BECA members Judy Toland, Joni Odum, and Kofi Amoo Gottfried, featuring a dynamic panel titled Coping with Change with BECA members DeLu Jackson, Jacqueline Woods, and Paul Alexander, moderated by Kevin Warren. The program concluded with the closing panel, What Do You Need?, moderated by Shannon Watkins.

The day concluded with an elegant dinner at Red Rooster Harlem, bringing together senior marketing leaders for a fitting close to a program defined by meaningful dialogue, community, and executive leadership excellence.
Day 2 Highlights!
Day 2 of the BECA Member Meeting at Paramount HQ featured a full day of leadership dialogue, insights, and community.
The program featured a series of fireside conversations moderated by BECA Founder and CEO Jerri DeVard, bringing together distinguished leaders for thoughtful dialogue on innovation, leadership, and societal impact. Esteemed speakers included Tom Hale, CEO of Oura, who explored themes of innovation, wellness, and leading with intention; Marc Morial, President and CEO of the National Urban League, who discussed equity, economic empowerment, and civic leadership; Ken Chenault, Managing Director at General Catalyst and Former Chairman and CEO of American Express, who spoke about values-driven leadership and the importance of long-term impact; and Deborah Roberts, ABC News 20/20 Co-Anchor, NYT best-selling author, who offered an engaging perspective on storytelling, truth, and leadership in today’s media landscape.
The afternoon highlighted a proprietary BECA research update from BECA member Diane Primo, a forward-looking discussion on artificial intelligence by Cliff Worley, and its impact on marketing and leadership. The day concluded with closing remarks, a champagne toast, and the Class of 2025 Graduation Ceremony. Day 2 reinforced BECA’s commitment to executive leadership excellence and meaningful connection.
