BECA July 2025 Member Meeting
From July 17–20, BECA members gathered in Sag Harbor for our bi-annual retreat—a time to reflect, reconnect, and deepen our shared commitment to creative leadership, learning, and impact. This year’s retreat also included a special one-day V-Suite Retreat, welcoming our V-Suiters for a focused day of mentorship, fellowship, and community.

Programming Highlights
The dedicated V-Suite Day kicked off with a future-forward AI presentation by Cliff Worley, followed by an engaging fireside chat with Bruce Gordon, and an intimate mentoring circle featuring V-Suiters with guidance from Melanie Boulden and Tara DeVeaux. The day concluded with a networking drinks reception where V-Suiters connected with BECA Members and guests.
Fireside Chats & Community Building
Throughout the weekend, members were treated to dynamic fireside chats with Bruce Gordon (Day 1), Chris Foster, and Charles Tribbett III, moderated by BECA Founder Jerri DeVard, whose thoughtful questions and facilitation sparked powerful conversations and takeaways.
Cocktail Reception & Dinner
To close out the weekend’s events, members and guests shared laughter and conversation over a delightful dinner followed by dancing! This was an unforgettable meeting with the BECA family! We thank Rich Dennis for welcoming us into his home for dinner.
